Pickup & Order Collection

All orders from Camp Udim are available for pickup only. We currently do not offer shipping or delivery.

Once your order is placed, you will receive details regarding the designated pickup date, time, and location. Please make every effort to collect your order during the scheduled pickup window.

Our vegetables and farm products are fresh, seasonal, and harvested with care. In the rare event that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and offer a suitable replacement or refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

We harvest our produce on Thursday evenings and Friday mornings specifically for your orders. For this reason, cancellations must be requested by Thursday at 12:00 p.m. Once harvesting and preparing your order has begun, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.

Because we sell fresh, perishable produce, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been collected.

If there is an issue with your order, or if you receive an item that is damaged or does not meet the expected quality, please contact us as soon as possible. We care deeply about the quality of what we grow and will do our best to find a fair solution.
